Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to avoid misunderstandings before we start. If something doesn’t fit your case, we’ll talk it through and define it in writing.

What do you need to get started?

Access to the hosting and the WordPress dashboard, a clear idea of the goals (what the website needs to achieve), and any existing materials (copy, logo, references). If there’s nothing yet, we build from the diagnosis.

Do you work with WordPress and custom code?

Yes. WordPress when it makes sense for speed and maintenance; custom code when the project requires it or when plugins start becoming a problem. I don’t force a tool: we choose what the system can actually sustain.

How long does it take to build a project?

It depends on the scope and the current state. A fix or repair can be quick; a full website requires phases. What I can guarantee is this: we define a realistic plan and execute it without improvisation.

Do you offer monthly maintenance?

Yes. Maintenance means security, updates, backups, performance, and change control. If you want it to “just work” without surprises, maintenance is what makes the difference.

Do you include SEO?

Yes—technical SEO (structure, performance, indexability, basic metadata). Content and editorial strategy can be worked on too, but I don’t sneak it in: we agree it separately if you need it.

What do you NOT do?

I don’t sell hype. I don’t promise impossible timelines, and I don’t turn a website into a plugin circus. If something isn’t viable or compromises stability, we drop it and propose an alternative.

How is payment handled?

Payment is agreed upfront based on scope: a fixed quote for clearly defined deliverables, or a per-intervention rate when the project is “messy” and needs a real diagnosis. Transparency first.

Can we work together if I’m not in Spain?

Yes. I work remotely. What matters is having access and a clear communication channel for decisions and reviews.
